The tea room is situated in rooms of a former blacksmith's shop in Místecká Street, in Příbor, where the Kaluža family carried on the smithery trade for more than 300 years. Therefore, some elements to remind of the original activity have been preserved in the building. Among that elements, the following are of importance in particular: an original forge and a large transmission, placed under the original ceiling of wooden beams, which used to drive the smith's machines such as drop hammer and drilling machine.
The tea room, which was opened in November 2000, is open daily in the afternoon and the evening. Visitors can choose from among more than 30 kinds of tea. Various unusual ingredients are, too, served with tea. In the tea room, water pipe can be smoked, with some kinds of fruit tobacco are available. Some little cultural events take place there.

You can find us about 150 m of the square in Frýdek-Místek direction (down the square). Within your visit, free parking on the pavement in front of the "AROMATÉKA" shop, which is situated at the tea room, is available.
In addition, a rehabilitation centre is situated in the same building.
